Warehouse workers:
We are looking for motivated warehouse workers/terminal workers who are team players that are not afraid of hard work and inconvenient working hours.
The main tasks involve building and securing air cargo, loading and unloading trucks with an electric pallet mover, and controlling, accepting and preparing goods for air transport.
Absolute requirements:
- Must be eligible for an approved background check from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority. To get this you must have a clean extended police certificate and be able to fully document the last 5 years of work, study, or unemployment within the EU/EFTA.
- Must be able to read and speak English on a conversational level. CEFR level B1 is a minimum requirement, but a B2 level or higher is preferred.
Personal attributes:
- Reliable and consistent in attendance and work performance.
- Able to work hard to meet deadlines when required.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Being able to work in a cool warehouse (constant 2 degrees Celsius).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in warehouses, with air cargo, or with salmon export in any position is beneficial but not a requirement. We offer a full training program with a dedicated trainer.
- Forklift truck license (T4) is an advantage, but if you do not have this certification we will provide it for you at our expense.
HR Consultant:
We are looking to expand our management team with a HR Consultant. You will be working directly under the HR Manager.
Main tasks will consist of recruiting new staff, as well as daily follow-up to serve our existing staff.
Absolute requirements:
- Must be eligible for an approved background check from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority. To get this you must have a clean extended police certificate and be able to fully document the last 5 years of work, study, or unemployment within the EU/EFTA.
- Must be able to read and speak English on an upper intermediate level. CEFR level B2 or higher is preferred.
- Must be able to write English on an advanced level. CEFR level C1 or higher is preferred.
- Above average knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, and a general familiarity with working in more advances software systems.
- Prior work experience in the filed of human recourses.
Personal attributes:
- Reliable and consistent in attendance and work performance.
- Able to be flexible with working hours to meet deadlines when the situation requires it.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Good sense of humor and a “peoples person”.
Preferred qualifications:
- Some kind of degree in management studies.
- Experience working in warehouses, with air cargo, or with salmon export in any position is beneficial but not a requirement.
